Inspiration Spiral -

Reconnecting with Art

What if art were simply the soul remembering how to speak?

Welcome. I’m so happy you’re here.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, glasses, and a red sweater sitting at a table in a cozy cafe, holding a cup of coffee, with pink flowers in a glass vase, a glass of water, and books on a shelf behind her.

My name is Christiane Kritzer - intuitive artist, creative guide, and lifelong listener to the quiet things.

This is a space for slowing down and coming home.
To your creativity.
To your rhythm.
To your truth.

Inspiration - Intuition - Expression

Black and white photo of a flower arrangement in a clear glass vase on a table, with a blurred background showing a tray of round objects and other household items.

I believe inspiration doesn't need to be chased. It arrives when we listen.
Intuition becomes a compass.
And expression — raw, honest, and free — is how the heart remembers who we are.

This is the spiral I live by.

I call it the Inspiration Spiral
a gentle, soulful path from sensing to creating,
and back to the heart.

Whether you’re returning to art after years away,
longing to express yourself more freely,
or simply feeling that something inside you wants to move —
you’re in the right place.

I don’t teach rules or techniques.
I hold space for truth and expression to unfold — through color, through presence, through you.

If something in you stirs while reading this, stay a while.
There’s something here for you.

Begin Your Journey

This space holds many doors — each one an invitation.
To reconnect with art and creativity. To slow down.
To remember what’s true for you.

Whether you’re drawn to the art itself, the story behind it, or the path that weaves through it all —
you’re invited to explore.

Follow what speaks to you.

My Story

Coming home to art and to self.
I once believed art wasn’t meant for me.
But something in me kept circling back — to beauty, to mystery, to the quiet call of expression. This is the story of how I let go of perfection, followed the pull of intuition, and created a life led by presence.

My Art

A quiet return to creation.
For a long time, I stood beside art— curious, quiet, in love. Then, pastel found its way back into my hands… and something in me opened. These paintings are not about rules or skill. They are how I listen to life — how I give form to the invisible.

Abstract painting with a spiral of warm colors at the center, transitioning to cooler blue and green hues at the edges.

The Inspiration Spiral

Inspiration doesn’t need to be chased — it unfolds.
From sensing, to stillness, to expression, and back to the heart. This is the spiral I live by — and the path I share with others.

Let’s Connect

What if your creativity didn’t need to be earned?
What if slowness, intuition, and expression were enough?
This is an invitation to create, to remember, and to gently return to what’s already within you.
